THE POSSIBILITIES OF IMPLEMENTATION OF ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE IN THE WORK OF THE CONSTITUTIONAL СOURT OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION

This article will include the possibilities of using AI in the work of the Constitutional Court. The relevance of the topic is attributable to the active development of the discussion of introducing AI in legal work nowa-days, including indeed the question of when it is possible. The work aims to study the Constitutional Court operation principles and identify the aspects AI can be successfully implemented in. In the paper, the methods of comparing analysis, synthesis, etc., were used. As a result of the investigation, the undeniable role of the Constitutional Court judge and possible aspects of the AI operation were determined. Perspectively, the future expansion and detailed development of the topic might help enhance the work of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation that is likely to approximate society to law and order. Moreover, the paper itself can be an illustrative example of the successful experience of the implementation of AI in the work of the highest court institution for the foreign counterparts.
