Gain in the visible spectral range on the triatomic Kr2F* molecules in the discharge plasma

The results of experimental and numerical studies of the possibility of formation of an active medium on a Kr 2 F trimers in the discharge plasma, are presented. It is demonstrated that the trimer fluorescence includes three spectral bands corresponding to wavelengths of 414, 456 and 503 nm. It is shown that the experimentally measured gain of the active medium on the Kr 2 F trimers is g = 3.14×10-4 cm-1.
