Abstract

fMRI paradigms studying deception have not included the social dimension and have been seldom interactive. We wish to study deception taking into consideration social closeness of the participants in an interactive paradigm as well as its relationship with loss aversion. This will be a task-fMRI and functional connectivity study, in a 3T Philips Ingenia scanner. The study is ongoing at the Instituto Nacional de Psiquiatría "Ramon de la Fuente Muñiz" and the Faculty of Psychology of the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM), in Mexico City
