COVID-19 without coronavirus: a hidden iatrogenesis?

COVID-19 is an acronym for “coronavirus disease 2019”, that is, the coronavirus disease of 2019. Paradoxically, three errors can be hidden under this name: That COVID-19 is not just one disease, but two, one mild and one serious. That serious illness is not caused by a new coronavirus, but by iatrogenesis. That it did not arise in 2019, but that it already existed before.
