Abstract

A new low loss SAW filter for an IF circ:uit in a co?or TV receiver has been developed. It is constituted of an apodized bidirectional and an unapodized grouptype unidirectional transducerrs. The unidirectional transducer is designed to take different finger pa.irs between sending and reflecting txlectrodes €or extension of the impedance matching range. And a thin film capacil-or as a phase shifter is monolithically fabricated on a 129’ Y-X L. i N h 03 In consequence both of the low insertion loss of 11.3 dB and no adjustmerit for impedance matching can be achieved at the same time without increasing of device chip size and electrical parts.
