Enhancement of Photosynthetic Productivity by Quantum Dots Application

We acknowledge the support of NERC (Grant No NE/L014076/1) in the research presented here (AJM and RLO) to develop ZnS-based quantum dots technology via resource recovery from waste. The underpinning evaluation of commercial quantum dots in the three test photobiological systems was supported by the Discipline Hopping Award scheme co-funded by EPSRC, BBSRC, and MRC.
