Intense Pulsed Light Systems

Intense pulsed light (IPL) systems are incoherent and have high irradiance light systems which despite not being considered as part of the laser family (given the non-collimated and non-coherent nature of their emission) have proved their efficacy in interacting with tissues and are still subject to careful and objective evaluation. At first, IPL systems were poorly considered because of their nonspecific characteristics.
