Abstract
- An investigation is reported on mono- and multilayers of metal behenates to show the importance of a detailed characterization of the spreading monolayers to find the best conditions for transfer and deposition under the form of Langmuir-Blodgett films. A comparison was made between the properties of copper and manganese behenates as Langmuir-Blodgett forming materials.
