Abstract
- This article starts a research on the development of intra-city clothing distribution under the O2O model. This article mainly analyzes the O2O model and the meaning, status quo and characteristics of intra-city delivery under this model. At the same time, it also focuses on the current situation, characteristics and existing problems of clothing intra-city distribution under the O2O model, combined with existing typical cases to conduct a more comprehensive analysis, and put forward a proposal for intra-city clothing distribution under the O2O model on this basis. Finally, this research focuses on the proposal of intra-city clothing distribution under the O2O model, and mainly develops a relatively new shopping mode and distribution environment from five aspects of supply side, sales side, distribution side, technology side, and service side; while conforming to the O2O trend, it will also achieve healthy economic development.
