High-rise hotel building with the 'Smart house' system

Тема данной выпускной квалификационной работы – высотное здание гостиницы с системой «Умный дом».В работе представлены разделы проектной документации на строительство административного здания в соответствии с Постановлением Правительства РФ от 16.02.2008 № 87 и Ñ‚ÐµÑ Ð½Ð¸Ñ‡ÐµÑÐºÐ¸Ð¼ заданием. Разработаны Ð°Ñ€Ñ Ð¸Ñ‚ÐµÐºÑ‚ÑƒÑ€Ð½Ñ‹Ðµ и конструктивные решения, мероприятия по пожарной безопасности и доступа инвалидов, Ñ‚ÐµÑ Ð½Ð¾Ð»Ð¾Ð³Ð¸Ð¸ и организация строительства, а также подробно расписано внедрение Ñ‚ÐµÑ Ð½Ð¾Ð»Ð¾Ð³Ð¸Ð¸ «Умный дом» в высотное здание гостиницы и рассчитана окупаемость данной системы.Цель данной работы, помимо разработки разделов проектной документации, состоит в том, чтобы оценить эффективность внедрения в разработанный проект автоматизированной системы управления зданием «Умный дом».Задачи, которые Ð½ÐµÐ¾Ð±Ñ Ð¾Ð´Ð¸Ð¼Ð¾ решить:Дать определение автоматизированной системы управления зданием «Умный дом».Привести пример типовой ÑÑ ÐµÐ¼Ñ‹ управления «Умный дом», а также определить состав автоматизированной системы управления зданием разработанного проекта гостиницы.Определить, насколько целесообразно с экономической точки зрения внедрять Ñ‚ÐµÑ Ð½Ð¾Ð»Ð¾Ð³Ð¸ÑŽ «Умный дом» в разработанный проект гостиницы.Сделать сравнительный обзор на основании Ð²ÑÐµÑ Ð¿Ð»ÑŽÑÐ¾Ð² и минусов.В данной работе разработаны разделы проектной документации в соответствии с Ñ‚ÐµÑ Ð½Ð¸Ñ‡ÐµÑÐºÐ¸Ð¼ заданием и определена эффективность внедрения в разработанный проект автоматизированной системы управления зданием «Умный дом».
The topic of this final qualifying work is a high–rise hotel building with a Smart Home system.The paper presents sections of the project documentation for the construction of an administrative building in accordance with the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation dated 16.02.2008 № 87 and the terms of reference. Architectural and constructive solutions, measures for fire safety and disabled access, technologies and organization of construction have been developed, as well as the implementation of Smart Home technology in a high-rise hotel building has been described in detail and the payback of this system has been calculated.The purpose of this work, in addition to the development of sections of project documentation, is to evaluate the effectiveness of the implementation of an automated building management system "Smart House" in the developed project.Tasks to be solved:1.   Define the automated building management system "Smart house".2.  Give an example of a typical "Smart House" control scheme, as well as determine the composition of the automated building management system of the developed hotel project.3.  To determine how economically feasible it is to introduce Smart Home technology into the developed hotel project.4.   Make a comparative review based on all the pros and cons.In this paper, sections of the project documentation have been developed in accordance with the terms of reference and the effectiveness of the implementation of the "Smart House" automated building management system in the developed project has been determined.
