Abstract

This paper provides the investigation of the liquid cooling system of power-electronic high-voltage assembly. There is one of the most important tasks in electrical engineering to provide the efficient cooling of different devices. In this way, the cooling of power electronic devices is very important too. The cooling system in question was designed to dissipate about 10 kW of thermal energy. Meanwhile, the electrical power rectifier in question in this paper emits near the 9 kW of thermal energy. The thermal dissipation in the cooling system much depends on the type of cool agent. The mercury was taken as a cool agent.
