PERAN PENGURUS DALAM MENGEMBANGKAN KARAKTER ANGGOTA MAJELIS TA’LIM AHSANUL MUSTHOFA DI DESA KUALA DUA KECAMATAN KUBU RAYA

The purpose of this study was to determine the role of the board indeveloping the character of the members of the Ahsanul MusthofaTa'lim Council in Kuala Dua Village, Kubu Raya District. The researchapproach used is a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collectiontechniques used are observation, interviews and documentation. Theanalysis in this study is presented descriptively using 6 informants. Theresults of this study indicate that the role of the board of the Ta'limAhsanul Musthofa as coaches, role models and training programs hasbeen carried out. It has been proven that the character of members whodevelop are responsible, religious, and appreciate achievements. Theactivities in the Ahsanul Musthofa Ta'lim Assembly are, yasin andtahlil, Ratibul Haddad, understanding fiqh/advice and prayer.Keywords: Role Of Management, Character, Ta’lim Council.
