Abstract
- By using photoconductive semiconductor switches in the linear mode, we achieve generation of electrical pulses of duration between 43 and 300 ps with a peak voltage between 150 and 10700 V. Moreover, these generators can be synchronised with a precision lower than 5 ps and they need only 1.2 mJ of optical energy. © 2005 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
