Research and application of distributed energy storage and distributed photovoltaic economic optimal configuration method considering multiple constraints

Abstract
- Energy storage is an effective measure to reduce the adverse impact of large-scale distributed photovoltaic access on the distribution network. Due to the high cost of the energy storage system, power grid planners urgently need to solve the problem of the optimal configuration of energy storage and photovoltaics. Therefore, this paper proposes a distributed energy storage planning and configuration method to promote the distributed photovoltaic consumption of the whole region. This method takes the maximum benefit of distributed photovoltaic energy distribution and storage as the objective function and takes power balance, charge-discharge power constraints, energy constraints, state of charge, and other constraints. Finally, a typical case of photovoltaic connection to an IEEE 33 node distribution network is selected to conduct a simulation analysis on the optimal configuration of different access locations for energy storage. The results show that after the energy storage system is connected, the node voltage offset of the distribution network is significantly improved, and the voltage quality is improved, which verifies the effectiveness of the capacity allocation method in this paper.
