Abstract: Fast-neutron therapy has been used routinely on the cyclotron at the Catholic University of Louvain in Louvain-la-Neuve since March 1978. This paper reports the results obtained in bladder carcinoma, including local tumor control, survival, and radiation-induced side effects. Our data are compared with those reported in the literature after neutron or conventional photon-beam therapy.
