Abstract
- Results are provided for experimental study of the deformation and failure mechanism for polymer materials with specimen uniaxial tension. An acoustic emission method is used for quantitative evaluation of the test process. Comparative analysis is provided for volumetric structural changes in specimens and corresponding acoustic emission elastic wave parameters for brittle and ductile materials.
