Abstract: This paper presents experimental research on the flow resistance of a magnetic fluid in a turbulent region. The flow resistance is tested using a two-dimensional channel in which the effect of interaction between magnetic field and flow vorticity on the flow resistance can be evaluated. As a result, the mechanism of decrease in the flow resistance in a turbulent region is clarified.
