The problem of official languages in the Spanish 'state of autonomy'

Тема выпускной квалификационной работы: Проблема Ð¾Ñ„Ð¸Ñ†Ð¸Ð°Ð»ÑŒÐ½Ñ‹Ñ ÑÐ·Ñ‹ÐºÐ¾Ð² в испанском «государстве автономий». Данная работа посвящена исследованию многоязычия в испанском государстве, в том числе языковой ситуации в стране на сегодняшний день. Задачи, которые решались в Ñ Ð¾Ð´Ðµ исследования: 1. Изучение работы испанской модели территориального устройства на практике. 2. Анализ истории Ð¿Ñ€Ð¸Ñ Ð¾Ð´Ð° к автономизации в Испании, чтобы понять предпосылки создания «государства автономий». 3. Изучение особенного правового статуса автономий, закрепленного Конституцией Испании от 1978 года. 4. Рассмотрение построения отношений Ð°Ð²Ñ‚Ð¾Ð½Ð¾Ð¼Ð½Ñ‹Ñ ÑÐ¾Ð¾Ð±Ñ‰ÐµÑÑ‚Ð² друг с другом, с центром и за пределами государства. 5. Отслеживание изменения языковой ситуации в стране с течением времени и под влиянием Ð¿Ð¾Ð»Ð¸Ñ‚Ð¸Ñ‡ÐµÑÐºÐ¸Ñ Ð¸Ð·Ð¼ÐµÐ½ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ð¹. 6. Изучение проблемы Ð¾Ñ„Ð¸Ñ†Ð¸Ð°Ð»ÑŒÐ½Ñ‹Ñ ÑÐ·Ñ‹ÐºÐ¾Ð² в современной Испании. В данной работе выявлены основные факторы, влияющие на языковую ситуацию в современной Испании. Подробно рассмотрено устройство территории страны, форма правления и полярные взгляды на процесс автономизации. Также изучена информация о конституционной основе автономий в Испании, структуре Ð¸Ñ Ð³Ð¾ÑÑƒÐ´Ð°Ñ€ÑÑ‚Ð²ÐµÐ½Ð½Ð¾Ð³Ð¾ аппарата и Ð²Ð·Ð°Ð¸Ð¼Ð¾Ð¾Ñ‚Ð½Ð¾ÑˆÐµÐ½Ð¸ÑÑ Ñ центральной властью, а также рассмотрено, как изменялась языковая ситуация в государстве с течением времени, и насколько важны и востребованы региональные языки в Ð°Ð²Ñ‚Ð¾Ð½Ð¾Ð¼Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ñ€ÐµÐ³Ð¸Ð¾Ð½Ð°Ñ Ð½Ð° сегодняшний день.
The subject of the graduate qualification work is: The problem of official languages in the Spanish "state of autonomy". This work is devoted to the study of multilingualism in the Spanish state, including the language situation in the country today. Tasks that were solved in the course of the study: 1. Studying how the Spanish territorial model works in practice. 2. Analysis of the history of autonomization in Spain in order to understand the prerequisites for the creation of a “state of autonomy”. 3. The study of the special legal status of autonomies, enshrined in the Spanish Constitution of 1978. 4. Consideration of building relationships of autonomous communities with each other, with the center and outside the state. 5. Tracking changes in the language situation in the country over time and under the influence of political changes. 6. Studying the problem of official languages in modern Spain. This paper identifies the main factors influencing the language situation in modern Spain. The structure of the country's territory, the form of government and polar views on the process of autonomization are considered in detail. It also studied information about the constitutional basis of autonomies in Spain, the structure of their state apparatus and relations with the central government, and also considered how the language situation in the state changed over time, and how important and in demand regional languages are in autonomous regions today.
