Abstract
- A 3D optical imaging method is presented based on computed tomography techniques. The 3D optical transfer function of our system has a higher band spherically, since 3D reconstructed images are composed only of the in-focused information of objects. Experimental results are shown for a simulated fluorescence microscope.
