Project Estimation from Feasibility Study until Completion: A Quantitative Methodology

In today's competitive environment, it is necessary to deliver products on time and within budget. The first step towards achieving this is to have estimation tools that are effective in producing realistic project estimates that become the basis of a project plan. This paper describes a complete quantitative, estimation methodology that can provide initial as well as updated project estimates from feasibility study until completion. Demonstrative examples are presented.
