Abstract

This scientific research is important today because the readiness formation of future law-enforcement officers for professional self-realization in work with personnel is not clearly studied. The author suggests the following educational guidelines: to orient the work with personnel for the fullest inner potential fulfillment by cadets in law enforcement field and for self-preservation during the process of occupational training; to control the process of cadets` readiness formation for professional self-realization within the work with personnel on the basis of cooperation and making a collective decision; to increase the effectiveness of cadets` readiness formation for professional self-realization in working with personnel through the use of interactive pedagogical technologies. The purpose of scientific research is to design and to substantiate new educational guidelines according to the problem of the readiness formation of future law-enforcement officers for professional self-realization in their work with personnel. In this research the author uses the following methods: analysis of scientific literature according to the theme, comparison of different approaches in order to define components and ways of cadets' readiness formation for professional activity, preliminary experiment, questionnaires, interviews, time management techniques, training workshop and training. During this research the new ideas which should change the attitude towards the personality of the law-enforcement officer as an active participant of cooperation and as initiator of collective decision are outlined. Also the definition the "readiness of future law enforcement officers for professional self-realization in the work with personnel" is specified; the results of the questionnaire in order to identify the needs of cadets in changes and improving the conditions for organization of educational process; are analyzed examples of teaching and methodological and organizational-educational measures for teachers and for cadets are selected and according to this, the readiness of future law-enforcement officers for professional self-realization in work with personnel is formed. It is recommended to develop interactive technologies for the readiness formation of future law-enforcement officers for professional self-realization in work with personnel and to apply them in the course of teaching the disciplines "Military Pedagogy and Psychology" and "Fundamentals of Psychological Management".
