Distribution of Intra- and Inter-Individuals and Population Pertaining to Glucose (FBS) Measurement in AMHTS

An intensive study on the relationships among the intra-individual, the inter-individual and the population distributions has been performed in order to give further understanding to the ‘normality’ of test results. The test results of more than 15 regular visits by 737 patients to an automated multiphasic testing system are used to estimate the inter-individual distribution which would have been impossible to attempt otherwise. This paper concentrates on glucose results to clarify the situation.
