Abstract
- High T c cuprate superconductors have been made by pyrolysis of metallorganic precursors incorporating the appropriate molar ratios of metal ions to form the desired copper oxide compounds. Twp processes have been described as representative examples of novel strategies to produce high T c superconductors in bulk and thin film form: pyrolysis of metallorganic powders for bulk processing and spray pyrolysis for thin film fabrication.
