Abstract: The Authors refer to current opinions regarding the neuro-pharmacologic control of bladder voiding. They report their experience concerning 162 patients with detrusor-sphincter dyssynergia: 86 pts were affected by multiple sclerosis and 76 by neurobladder after spinal cord injury.
