ОБЗОР ИЗМЕНЕНИЙ В ПРОЦЕДУРЕ МЕДИАЦИИ В РОССИИ

Законодательство в России меняется каждый год и нормативные правовые акты модернизируются, улучшаются с целью эффективного применения. Так, изменения коснулись и медиации. Теперь в этой процедуре рассматриваются дела исходящие из административных правоотношений. Таким образом законодатель расширил сферу применения института медиации. Вдобавок, медиативное соглашение приобрело исполнительный характер, удостоверение которого легло на плечи нотариусов. Также появился новый альтернативный способ урегулирования споров с помощью судебных примирителей. Посредником в этой процедуре является судья в отставке с большим опытом работы, который поможет конфликтующим сторонам прийти к общему знаменателю своей проблемы.

Now this procedure deals with cases arising from administrative legal relations. Thus, the legislator has expanded the scope of the institution of mediation. Also, a new alternative method of dispute settlement with the help of judicial conciliators has appeared. The mediator in this procedure is a retired judge with extensive experience, who will help the conflicting parties to come to a common denominator of their problem.
