Abstract

The electrodeposition of Mercury Cadmium Telluride (Hg1-x Cd x Te), with a variable amount of mercury, on SnO 2 substrates is studied. The effect of different postformation thermal treatments under several atmospheres, on the crystalline structure, optical and electrical properties of the electrodeposited films is described.
