Tasks that were solved in the course of the study:1. Consider the commodity characteristics of Mexican mixtures;2. Conduct a comparative assessment of the quality of Mexican mixtures from different manufacturers;3. Find out and analyze consumer preferences when buying Mexican blends;4. To analyze the range of Mexican blends sold in retail outlets in St. Petersburg and, based on consumer preferences, develop recommendations for the formation of their range.The studies were carried out on the basis of the laboratory for the examination of consumer goods of the Higher School of Economics and Technology. The work uses standard and generally recognized research methods in commodity science.In the retail trade enterprises of the city of St. Petersburg, the assortment of Mexican mixtures is varied depending on the type of store. The widest range of quick-frozen vegetable mixtures is presented in the Okay hypermarket, but the number of positions and the quantity of this product is greater in the Perekrestok supermarket. Most of the Mexican mixtures presented in the assortment have a price in the range of 110-140 rubles. per unit of production. The most expensive Mexican vegetable mix from the Miratorg manufacturer, the cheapest mix of the Okay trademark.As a result, it was found that the goods of the Miratorg trademark have the highest values ââof consumer properties.Based on the analysis of the assortment and preferences of consumers of Mexican mixtures sold in retail enterprises in St. Petersburg, recommendations are formulated aimed at improving and forming the assortment.
