To assess the efficacy of the program of active therapeutic monitoring of patients in perioperative period, introduced into the work of multidisciplinary hospital, a study was carried out, which included 61 patients. All patients underwent surgery in the urology department and were followed up by physicians under an active monitoring program. The group of retrospective analysis consisted of 67 patients who were not included in the program.
