Abstract: Saccharomyces cerevisiae (baker’s yeast) catalyzed one-pot three component cyclocondensation of aryl aldehydes, amines, and thioglycolic acid in organic medium leading to 2,3-diaryl 4-thiazolidinones has been carried out for the first time.
