Abstract

Clinical History: 75-year-old female with a history of abdominal aortic aneurysm (AAA) rupture. Routine follow up CT angiography demonstrated enlargement of the native aneurysm sac approximately 6 months post endovascular stent-graft repair. She was brought back to the hospital for glue embolization of the aneurysm sac. Postoperative course was complicated by development of a cold left foot and loss of palpable pulses. Immediate postembolization CT angiogram demonstrated embolization of glue to the left lower extremity arteries.<br />75 years, female
