Abstract: In clinical case of toxic impact by ethylene glycol with severe development of acute kidney damage, respiratory failure and toxic encephalopathy, dynamic of clinical manifestations against the background of intensive care with a positive expected result of treatment in a patient who took a dose of ethylene glycol exceeding the lethal dose by 5 times is reflected.
