Abstract
- The addition of TiO 2 improves the densification of amorphous silicon carbonitride powder, making possible the preparation of Si 3 N 4 /SiC/TiC 0.3 N 0.7 nano-ceramics with attractive mechanical properties and a high electrical conductivity.
