A Decision-making Method for the Distribution of Emergency Relief Medicine during the Earthquake Response with Demand Uncertainty

Abstract
- The paper propose an equilibrium decision-making method for the emergency relief medicine distribution during an earthquake response by considering demand uncertainty. The proposed method objects to minimize transport time, as well as distribution equity of each affected area. Besides, this model also consider the equilibrium between wrong decision risk and late decision risk. Then, simulation research is carried out in this paper. Results shows that the proposed model can generate proper distribution plan by inputting relative data.
