Abstract
- A new analytical method of EXAFS is proposed by modifying the Maximum Entropy Method (MEM). The appropriate term number (m) of the prediction error filter is derived according to a specific criterion in this work. This newly developed MEM showed a great improvement in both resolution and reliability of the spectra for EXAFS.
