ФАКТОРЫ, ОПРЕДЕЛЯЮЩИЕ ВЫБОР ОРГАНИЗАЦИОННОЙ СТРУКТУРЫ УПРАВЛЕНИЯ ОРГАНИЗАЦИЕЙ

Актуальность исследования обусловлена тем, что от типа организационной структуры управления предприятием зависят эффективность его функционирования, степень адаптивности к факторам внешней среды, уровень контроля и перспективы дальнейшего развития. В статье представлено авторское определение организационной структуре управления предприятием, проведено исследование эволюции организационных структур управления, расширен перечень факторов, определяющих выбор организационной структуры управления предприятием.
The relevance of the study is due to the fact that the effectiveness of its functioning, the degree of adaptability to environmental factors, the level of control and prospects for further development depend on the type of organizational structure of enterprise management. The article presents the author's definition of the organizational structure of enterprise management, conducted a study of the evolution of organizational management structures, expanded the list of factors determining the choice of organizational structure of enterprise management.
