Abstract

For comprehensive assessment issue of the impact on power quality by disturbance load with multiple indices, a comprehensive assessment way was proposed basing on combination weighting of moment estimation and ambiguous evaluation. It is capable of covering the shortage of subjective and objective weighting method, improving the reasonability of index weights, so as to assess the impact on power quality by disturbance load in a more comprehensive and evener way. Combining with the measured data in practice from some typical user from Shanghai, to weigh the indices, we adopted three subjective weighting methods including extended scaling, mandatory marking and expert consulting, along with two objective ones with entropy weight and variation coefficient. After that, the combined weights of each assessment index were determined in the way of combination weighting of moment estimation. At last, the severity of impact on power quality by the load was worked out with the usage of ambiguous evaluation theory, and the effectivity of our method were validated through the comparison of the actual situation.
