pH Dependent Sensitivity of Nano Porous Silicon Based Glucose Sensor

Abstract
- pH dependent sensitivity of surface functionalized nano porous silicon sensor platform, made by electrochemical etching process, has been studied. Current- Voltage characteristics at pH-5 and pH-7 have been studied. It is observed that the current values are comparatively higher at pH-7 than pH-5. It is also observed that pH-5 based sensor platform is more sensitive towards lower glucose concentrations whereas pH-7 based sensor platform is more sensitive towards higher glucose concentrations.
