Saturation mechanisms and alpha particle clustering in light nuclei

It is demonstrated that the extent of density clustering in light A =4n nuclei, as given by Hartee-Fock calculations, depends rather sensitively upon the saturating mechanism of the interactions being used. The example carried through in detail is that of 20 Ne.
