Ductal carcinoma in situ arising in an epithelial inclusion within an axillary lymph node

Breast epithelial inclusions are the most frequently encountered ectopic structures within axillary lymph nodes. Various non‐neoplastic proliferative changes have been reported in these lesions. We report the first case of ductal carcinoma in situ (DCIS) in an axillary lymph node inclusion.
