Abstract: Chiral fluoropyrrolidines were synthesized by Cu(i)-catalyzed enantioselective 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition of azomethine ylides with less active fluorinated styrenes, with broad substrate scope and high yield, stereoselectivity and biological activity.
