Abstract
- Ultrafast all-optical switch-on and switch-off of GaAs-AlGaAs MQW waveguide devices that employ carrier induced nonlinearities in quantum wells is reported 2 ps consecutive all-optical switching due to the optical Stark effect has also been observed.
