Fibromatosis agresiva en un varón adolescente

Desmoid tumours are locally aggressive tumours without metastasic potential which generally can be treated with local treatments such as surgery or radiotherapy. Systemic therapy also can be considered. Anyway there is an unpredictable pathology that will need a careful and personal clinic evaluation to choose the most suitable treatment. We report a case of a patient diagnosed of retroperitoneal desmoid tumour.
