Abstract
- However,no reports are available on genetic diversity usingdifferent molecular marker techniques in China.Generally, the genetic diversity of introducedspecies will be reduced vastly due to the smaller ofeffective parent. In order to maintain sustaineddevelopment of the sole’s aquaculture in China,it is necessary to screen out molecular markersto analyze the genetic diversity in Senegal sole.MicrosatelliteDNAmarkershavebeenshowntobehighly polymorphic and useful as molecularmarkers for understanding population structure.
