РАЗРАБОТКА ИНФОРМАЦИОННОЙ МОДЕЛИ МОНИТОРИНГА ПОКАЗАТЕЛЕЙ ПУБЛИКАЦИОННОЙ АКТИВНОСТИ НАУЧНЫХ ОРГАНИЗАЦИЙ

В статье представлена модель мониторинга наиболее значимых показателей публикационной активности научных учреждений. Построение модели выполнено в виде ER-диаграммы и осуществлялось с помощью программного средства Enterprise Architect. Получение достоверного результата о деятельности объекта в первую очередь возможно при корректном сборе показателей его работы. Это определяет создание единой системы сбора характеристик качества деятельности объекта. Цель работы – повышение эффективности сбора данных о публикационной активности научных организаций. Эффект от внедрения решения заключается в повышении достоверности данных и корректности калькуляции интегральных показателей деятельности научных организаций.
The paper presents the monitoring model for the most significant indicators of publication activity of scientific institutions. The model was built in the form of an ER diagram and was carried out using the Enterprise Architect software. Obtaining a reliable result on the object activity is primarily possible with the correct collection of indicators of its operation. This determines the development of a unified system for collecting the features of the quality of the facility. The goal of this work is to increase the efficiency of data collection on the publication activity of scientific organizations. The effect of the implementation of this solution is to increase the reliability of the data and the correctness of the calculation of the integral indicators of the activities of scientific organizations.
