Abstract: We present here our results from studies of the pharmacokinetic parameters of the original antituberculosis agent thiozonide, 100-mg capsules (ZAO Farm-Sintez, Moscow) using single increasing doses in different groups of healthy volunteers in a phase I clinical trial.
