On efficient equilibrium solutions in dynamic games of resource management

In this note we study conditions under which non-cooperative open-loop multi-agent resource extraction of a natural resource results in efficient (Pareto-optimal) extraction policies. Previous results presented in the literature are extended to include undiscounted resource utilization.
