Abstract
- Ninty-five species of Elateridae, from 30 genera and five subfamilies are documented from Turkey based on specimens collected throughout the country. Ampedus sanguineus (Linnaeus, 1758), A. sinuatus Germar, 1844; Elater ferrugineus Linnaeus, 1758; Agriotes acuminatus (Stephens, 1830); A. brevis Candeze, 1863; A. turcicus Candeze, 1863, Lacon punctatus (Herbst, 1779) and Idotarmonides anatolicus Agajev, 1985 are recorded for the first time in the Eastern Anatolian Region.
