The subject of the graduate qualification work is âImprovement of the personnel incentive system at the LLC "Hotel" Sputnik ". This work is devoted to improving the incentives for staff in the hotel, in particular, the development of proposals for material and socio-psychological incentives for staff. Tasks that were solved during the study: 5. Studying the foundations of the formation of the personnel incentive system. 6. Analysis of the activities and incentive system for the personnel of the hotel "Sputnik". 7. Development of proposals for improving material and socio- psychological incentives for the staff of the hotel "Sputnik" 8. Implementation and economic justification of the proposed measures. The work was carried out at the LLC "Hotel" Sputnik ", where a significant part of the theoretical material was collected: characteristics of the hotel, analysis of human resources and the effectiveness of the current incentive system. Calculations were made of material and socio- psychological incentives for personnel, which clearly show that these measures will have a positive effect on material and socio-psychological incentives for employees. As a result, the system of incentives for hotel personnel was analyzed. Effective material and socio-psychological recommendations for improving the personnel incentive system have been developed. Based on the research carried out at Sputnik Hotel LLC, it was decided to organize psychological trainings to establish the proper psychological climate in the organization, organize free meals for employees, and partially pay for various programs to improve the qualifications of personnel. The introduction of the coefficient of labor participation (KTU) in the labor remuneration  system was  also highlighted.
