Abstract
- Myelodysplastic syndrome is a blood disorder characterized by anemia, neutropenia, thrombocytopenia, and morphological abnormalities of blood cells. And the bone marrow is normo-or hypercellular.A 54-year-old male with this syndrome was referred to our clinic, complaining of oral bleeding. All wound sealings were successfully performed using the fibrin adhesion system (Beriplas® P) for local hemostasis. Excellent results were obtained in the present case.
