Abstract
- Nanocrystalline BaTi 0.95 Sn 0.05 O 3 (BTS-5) powder was synthesised from glycolate-precursors, and used to sinter fine-grain BTS-5 ceramics. We compare sintering behaviour, microstructure as well as dielectric and electromechanical properties of the advanced ceramics with ceramics sintered from classical mixed oxide powder.
